Pre Paid Support Hours
Our Pre-Paid hour packs offer some significant discounts
and can be used under PAYG or the VSD packages.
Additional support hours can
be purchased in bundles of between 10 and 50, lowering the per-hour
cost of support.
Bundles must be prepaid in full and support hours
do not roll-over. Bundled support hours must be used within 12
months of purchase.
Any support used above and beyond the included support and/or
purchased bundle reverts to base per-hour pricing.
